These trademarks represent decades of dedication to the authenticity, quality, and integrity of Wagyu and Kobe-style beef in the United States. They are the exclusive intellectual property of Certified Wagyu-Kobe Beef, LLC, and are protected under U.S. federal trademark law.
Use of any of these trademarks in marketing, labeling, advertising, or promotional efforts requires express written permission. Such usage is available only through private treaty with Certified Wagyu-Kobe Beef, LLC. Unauthorized use of these trademarks in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
